Subscriptions and Pre-orders
Some items in the LLIOR store are available as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a membership, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency of each new Edition release. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Memberships may auto-renew. If you do not want to continue, you can cancel at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your membership, or you can write to hello@llior.com and we will arrange it.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product not yet available. Payment may be collected in full or as a partial deposit at checkout, with the remaining balance charged when the order is fulfilled.
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, a return or refund request can be made in accordance with our returns policy.
