Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders placed before midnight are included in the next dispatch run.

Which countries do you ship to?

LLIOR ships across the EU. Current destinations include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are fixed per delivery zone and will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Allow one working day before the link becomes active.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Write to hello@llior.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update it.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Write to hello@llior.com with your order number and a photograph. We will resolve it promptly.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original condition.

How do I start a return?

Write to hello@llior.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. You will be notified by email once issued.

Can I return a candle I've already lit?

No. Because of the nature of handmade wax pieces, returns must be initiated before any candle has been lit. An unlit candle in its original packaging is eligible for return.

Can I return an Edition order?

Yes, under the same conditions — within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in original condition. Because each Edition is released in limited quantity and withdrawn at the end of its season, we encourage you to inspect your order carefully upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is not as it should be.
