Shipping

LLIOR ships exclusively to addresses within the European Union.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders placed after the cut-off for a given dispatch day enter the next dispatch window. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping zones and delivery times

Zone 1 — Netherlands
2 to 4 business days

Zone 2 — Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France
4 to 8 business days

Zone 3 — Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania
Longer delivery times depending on carrier and customs

Shipping rates
Rates are fixed per zone. Your applicable rate is shown at checkout once your delivery address is entered. There are no hidden costs after checkout.

Risk and damage in transit
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, email hello@llior.com within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel, packaging, and product.

Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to LLIOR as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, redelivery costs are at the customer's expense.
